installation steps are as follows:
Insert the i-Learn CD into the CD ROM drive.
Choose Run from the Windows Start Menu
Select the CD ROM drive and run Setup
Continue the automatic Installation Wizard and click on
Finish
Click on the i-Learn icon shortcut available on the desktop
Press continue and follow the unlocking instructions to
license the product |

What is INIT Code? |
| A |
INIT
Code is an activation code required during the first time
of
installation to license and use the product. |

Why is INIT Code needed? |
| A |
It
is needed to activate the product and is used to protect
against
the piracy. |

How to get the INIT Code? |
| A |
After you install the CD click on continue after reading
the unlocking instructions. If you have a valid Internet
connection, fill up the online registration form along
with the 16 digits MID, 8 digits Site Code from the pop
up window and the Serial Number available at the reverse
of the CD jewel case. Please make sure you enter correct
values.
To avoid human errors you may copy and paste the MID
and the Site Code from the small popup window, which
automatically pops up over the online registration form.
Once you are done press submit. Your Internet connection
dialog box will appear where you may click connect.
The system will automatically get validated and you
will get the INIT Code within few seconds. Copy and
paste this in the INIT Code text box available on the
small popup window and press continue.

How can I get the INIT Code
if I don't have Internet during installation? |

You should install the CD
and note down the MID and Site Code. Visit www.whitehouseit.com
or www.ilearnseries.com from any browsing center and click
on the "Get INIT Code Link". You may fill the
form by entering the noted down MID and Site Code of your
machine along with the Serial number and press "Submit".You
will get the INIT Code in seconds, which you may note
down and enter into the INIT Code text box and press continue
in your machine. |

MID is a unique 16 digit Machine
ID available of the top left hand side of the pop up dialog
box, which appears once you click on, continue in the
unlocking instructions page. |

It is a unique 8-digit Site
Code available right hand side of the pop up dialog box,
which appears once you, click on continue in the unlocking
instructions page. |

How many times I can get
INIT Code for a same machine? |
| A |
Normally the same INIT Code
will work as along as the machine is intact. In cases
if you change or upgrade your operating system, virus
attack, upgrading the system hardware … etc your
previous INIT Code will not work. You should apply for
a new INIT Code through e-mail info@whitehouseit.com
or ilearn@whitehouseit.com
with a new MID and Site Code along with your valid reason.

Should I have to pay again
if I change my OS or application system? |

No, you need not pay for the
new INIT code if your reason is valid. However your application
for the new INIT Code will go through scrutiny and will
be given the INIT code within 72 hours. However WHBS reserves
the right to give or reject the INIT Code without stating
any reason there off. |
